An enchanted evening is a very good adventure audio drama with a Doctor Who kind of villain.
Alonso and Jack are cute, fun and touching. Ginny is delightful and very relatable. Mother Nothing is deliciously evil.
Add great performances and fun witty dialogues to these characters and you have, despite it being emotionally lighter than the previous two, a very strong episode.

Another story that begs for a sequel. Not at all how I expected this story to go, but it was actually pretty amazing! Really, really loved it. Alonso is so sweet (I just wanna hug him and keep him!) and all his scenes with Jack (in person and on the phone) were spot on. The only tiny thing I missed was that while Alonso got enough introspecive moments into his state of mind, with Jack it was only hints and teasing. The most we got here was with Mother Nothing and that was kind of not the right creature to have this kind of conversation with. I wish this would have gone deeper. But I guess what would have been kind of out of character for Jack so… sigh.

Probably my favourite in this volume, I really loved this one!! It had a great plot with a really good villain and was very engaging. Alonso and Jack are very cute and I just really loved Alonso’s character as well as the engineer Ginny. Both Alonso and Jack and Alonso and Ginny as duos worked really well together!! Alonso and Ginny were both very relatable in how they acted when unwillingly being put in charge in a crisis
