Description
Megwyn Jones is one of the most hated women in Britain. She used to run a home for troubled children in an isolated part of Snowdonia called The Hope. For a long time there were rumours about what was happening there, and then one day it was realised that the children had gone missing.
Ever since, Megwyn’s kept her peace. Is she innocent? Is she guilty? Where are the bodies?
The years have been long and hard on Megwyn and on the families of the children. But now Megwyn’s dying, and she’s agreed to go back to The Hope, to reveal the horrible secret she’s kept all these years.

Who would have thought after the TV series that Owen and Andy would be a pairing that works so well?
Fascinating story, great acting, heartbreaking moment at the end…must-have for any Owen fan!
Be aware that it is a dark story though…slightly less horrifying and disturbing than Corpse Day I feel but dark anyway.

I didn’t expect to end up with so many Owen feelings! He’s usually not my favorite character on the show, but Burn Gorman does such a terrific job, it’s a delight to hear him do BigFinish audios. Pairing him up with Andy works very well – they definitely make a very enjoyable odd couple. The story starts quite straight forward and I kept wondering when the Torchwood elements would pop up. Eventually they do and it gets really gross. And it’s also a very emotional journey for Owen as mentioned before. Five stars – this is my favorite with Owen yet.
